“Easel Does It” and “Gardens of Henderson” Tours

The Garden Club of Henderson in collaboration with Easel Does it artists of Henderson, Owensboro & Evansville are presenting a Plein Air painting event with self-guided garden tours in Henderson, Kentucky.

Six home gardens in Henderson, Kentucky will host Easel Does It artists on three Saturdays in May. Each Saturday two gardens will be open to the community from 9 a.m. to Noon. This event is a gift t the community from The Garden Club of Henderson as we celebrate100 years of service to the City of Henderson.

The self-guided tours are open 9 a.m. to Noon each Saturdayas the artists are painting.

The garden tours will be cancelled in the event of rain.

For those interested in viewing the finished paintings, the Ohio Valley Art League (OVAL) plans a gallery exhibit. The exhibit reception is planned for July 10,2025 in OVAL Gallery 101 located in The Depot, 101 North Water Street, Henderson, Kentucky. The reception will be from 5-6:30 p.m. The exhibit will be open from June 30 through Spetember 26.
