The Commission team can connect you with the Kentucky Film Office, who will walk you through the steps to apply for the Kentucky Entertainment Incentive (KEI). The Kentucky Entertainment Incentive (KEI), recently reinstated and expanded, offers 30–35% refundable tax credits to productions filming in Kentucky. Projects may qualify for up to $10 million in tax credits, with a statewide cap of $75 million available per calendar year.
