Join us for our Memory Care Open House that will offer a glimpse into our Downtown Streetscape designed for those living with Dementia!
Our Homeplace Culinary Team will provide snacks/refreshments, Outpatient Therapy partner Ally Therapy and Wellness will be here to share about their on-site services and Audible Hearing will provide free hearing screenings and hearing aid checks.
Homeplace professionals will provide personalized tours and free consultations of our Memory Care for your family.
