Be a part of National Trails Day by enjoying the annual Twilight Hike at John James Audubon State Park, Saturday, June 7, at 7:30 P.M.! Park naturalists will lead you over a 2.1-mile trail in the nature preserve at dusk, that interesting time of evening when the daytime animals get ready for night, and nocturnal animals become active. We never know what we might see in the forest! Meets at the Warbler Road Trailhead by the Welcome Center. Admission is $5, cash only at the gate, no pets please. There will be hills and stairs, so please wear sturdy shoes and bring a flashlight.
