Sometimes you just need a little outdoor escape. The good news is Henderson, Kentucky has plenty of spaces for exactly that! Audubon State Park
Over 12 miles of trails wind through Audubon State Park alone. The Wilderness Lake Trail is a mile long, moderately difficult trail featuring a boardwalk over Wilderness Lake! The Back Country Trail is also moderately difficult and is 1.6 miles long. This trail is one of the wildflower hotspots throughout the park, especially in the spring!
